Responsibilities:

  • Advise and sell the full range of products and services to private customers
  • Achieve or exceed agreed sales and gross profit targets
  • Maintain proactive and regular communication with all customers
  • Attend and entertain clients at tastings and events
  • Promote the company’s reputation through exceptional customer interaction
  • Provide high-level after-sales service and timely responses via phone or email
  • Offer expert advice and accurate information on fine wine trading
  • Manage account balances, payment terms, and ensure full payment collection
  • Convert leads into long-term customer relationships

Requirements:
