技術コンサルティングエンジニア/ Technical Consulting Engineer

A renowned software solutions company is seeking a Technical Consulting Engineer. The selected candidate will provide technical support, develop custom solutions, and lead customer training sessions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage support tickets and provide technical solutions based on support guidelines
• Communicate customer feedback to the product development team
• Support development and implementation of customised solutions based on customer needs
• Lead project coordination between customers and internal teams
• Conduct customer and internal training sessions using tailored materials
• Support pre-sales activities such as demos, webinars, and technical presentations
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service efficiency and customer engagement
• Review and improve technical translations in collaboration with HQ
• Create Japanese technical documents as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Practical experience in customer support or technical consulting
• Experience in operating systems (Windows, Linux), TCP/IP networks, databases, programming, and automation technologies (PLC, SCADA)
• Prior experience in adult training or customer education
• Experience with analysis tools and knowledge base documentation
• Proficient in troubleshooting, MS Office Suite, and IT security basics
• Ability and willingness to travel inside and outside Japan
• Proficient in English and Japanese
