A renowned pharmaceutical solutions company is seeking a Health Outcomes/Real World Evidence Scientist. The selected candidate will lead HEOR/RWE strategy and study execution across the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead local HEOR/RWE strategy aligned with product and global objectives
• Drive integration of HEOR/RWE from development through commercialisation
• Lead study design and execution to support access, pricing, and post-launch value
• Communicate health outcomes insights across internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor trends in disease areas, data availability, and real-world evidence methods
• Manage cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely and on-budget project delivery

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Experience in research and publication in a relevant domain (economics, epidemiology, health administration, etc.)
• Prior experience in health care systems in major countries
• Proven experience with clinical settings and clinical research
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Business level English and Japanese
