A multinational business information group is looking for a Key Account Manager. The selected applicant will provide market-specific solutions through advanced technologies, analytics, and data services.
Responsibilities:
- Create, develop, and maintain long-term executive relationships across a portfolio of key accounts
- Lead deal teams of subject matter and technical experts through the sales cycle
- Identify opportunities for optimisation and growth within each account
- Lead the implementation and launch of new products into the accounts
- Build and develop a plan for acquiring testimonials, case study, or reference client status
- Negotiate and present contracts, gaining both customer and internal alignment and approvals with cross-functional partners
Requirements:
- More than 3 years of experience in account management or other consultative sales functions
- Practical experience in using social selling techniques and media such as video
- Experience in similar consultative sales position in license-based subscription services or Petrol chemicals
- Proven success working with Marketing to deliver campaigns
- Proficient in written and verbal English and Japanese
