テクノロジーデプロイメントマネージャー/ Technology Deployment Manager

An international specialty chemicals company is searching for a Technology Deployment Manager. The successful candidate will be accountable for maximising utilisation of resources to deploy the highest value EO technical solutions at the customers and OEMs.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from initiation to successful and timely completion
  • Develop estimates and project scope independently
  • Provide technical service support to customers and sales team
  • Offer day-to-day technical and product support
  • Assist customers in gaining industry and OEM approvals
  • Coordinate activities related to quality or performance issues or customer complaints

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering or chemistry is ideal
  • More than 5 years of technical service experience in Chemical industry is preferred
  • Prior work experience within a multinational company
  • Experience with managing projects and organising significant volume of work
  • Background in prioritising initiatives and managing customers
  • Knowledge in Engine oil and additives
  • Technical skills to assist external customers and sales
  • Fluent level verbal and written English
