FP&Aマネージャー/ FP&A Manager

An international sustainability and environmental solutions company is looking for an FP&A Manager. The selected candidate will lead financial planning, reporting, analysis, and decision support across marketing, sales, corporate accounts, and strategic business initiatives. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Support pricing, margin analysis, market P&L, product portfolio strategy, and profit improvement initiatives
• Manage customer rebate accruals, payments, analysis, and reporting
• Lead planning, reporting, and financial analysis for corporate accounts and marketing activities
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, quarterly closing support, and monthly financial performance analysis
• Coordinate sales, profit, capital budget, and profit reconciliation reporting across operations
• Provide financial insights, business updates, presentations, and decision support to senior management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Professional level Japanese and English (TOEIC 800+)

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in ERP system (SAP, JDE, Oracle etc.)
• Possess valid Japanese Bookkeeping 2nd grade or equivalent qualification
