レベニューマネージャー/ Revenue Manager

A renowned hospitality company is looking for a Revenue Manager. The selected candidate will lead hotel revenue strategy, pricing, forecasting, OTA performance, and revenue growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead weekly revenue meetings and align stakeholders on revenue performance
• Manage OTA partnerships, campaigns, rates, and inventory strategy
• Conduct market, customer, and competitor analysis to support pricing decisions
• Set pricing policies and optimise daily revenue opportunities
• Prepare monthly forecasts and annual revenue budgets with senior leadership
• Develop revenue generation ideas and train hotel team members as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in hotel management, finance, statistics, quantitive analysis, market research, business administration, or related field
• More than 3 years prior hotel revenue management
• Experience in Revenue Recognition and Revenue Management
• Knowledge of channel manager (TL-Lincoln) and hotel distribution channels
• Understanding in rate and inventory management principles
• Native level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in the hospitality industry
• Prior Hotel PMS systems experience (TAP)
