A renowned real estate company is seeking a Financial Operations and Analysis professional. The selected candidate will support the management of real estate investments, focusing on finance, accounting, and property operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage real estate investment operations and assist in finance, reporting, and administration
  • Serve as the finance and accounting contact, collaborating with APAC and US teams
  • Liaise with property managers, accountants, and other stakeholders on financial statements and reporting
  • Coordinate with external service providers on financial and regulatory matters
  • Assist in preparing investment budgets, business plans, and fund models
  • Support communication with lenders and manage debt covenants

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in accounting, finance, or real estate
  • Experience in J-GAAP, US-GAAP, and IFRS accounting standards
  • Prior experience in real estate fund or investment products and offshore or onshore structures in Japan is ideal
  • Proven experience with Argus Enterprise, Yardi, or Power BI is preferred
  • Skilled in MS Office Suite
  • Possess valid CPA qualification is advantageous
  • Fluent level Japanese; proficient in English
