FP&Aマネージャー/ FP&A Manager

A renowned luxury patisserie is seeking an FP&A Manager. The selected candidate will oversee financial planning, analysis, and control to support strategic objectives and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate yearly budget and reforecast, preparing related presentation materials
  • Provide visibility on risks and opportunities, proposing improvements to meet targets
  • Improve accuracy and reliability of standard cost calculations for production
  • Maintain interfaces with business units for budget communication
  • Perform and enhance cost control and variance analyses, focusing on gross margin and production costs
  • Prepare monthly sales reports and business reviews, including analyses of sales, products, and cash situation
  • Propose new reports and conduct ad hoc analyses as needed
  • Review and implement internal control policies and participate in IT projects related to ERP and BI tools

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above n Finance, Accounting, or Audit
  • 3-5 years of experience in FP&A in the retail or production industry
  • Skilled in MS Excel
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Sage ERP, and general IT is ideal
  • Possess a valid MBA qualification is a plus
  • Business level Japanese and English (French is a plus)
