内部統制・リスクマネージャー/ Internal Control and Risk Manager

An international beverage manufacturer is searching for an Internal Control and Risk Manager. The chosen applicant will be conducting independent audits, evaluating internal controls, and identifying risks. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Perform independent audits to evaluate business risks and ensure adequate internal controls per group guidelines
• Identify opportunities to enhance internal controls and reduce organisational risk
• Conduct reviews of operational and financial processes, including data analysis and root cause identification
• Assess compliance with policies, procedures, and laws/regulations
• Consult with management on key operational, compliance, financial, and IT risks, providing guidance and recommendations
• Prepare clear written communications and present findings in management meetings
• Monitor progress of management action plans from past audits
• Complete annual LSF compliance assessments and report to the regional office/HQ
• Support internal and external audits and participate in special projects on control enhancement, process optimisation, or compliance

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of professional experience in public accounting, internal audit, or consulting
• Understanding of internal control, accounting, and audit theories and principles
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and with teams
• Proficient in English and Japanese (JLPT N1)
