請求サポートアナリスト/ Billing Support Analyst

A global data services company is looking for a Billing Support Analyst. The selected candidate will manage billing operations, resolve customer issues, and ensure accurate financial processing across the lead-to-bill cycle.

Responsibilities:

• Resolve billing issues and communicate solutions to customers via email and phone
• Process administrative changes including novations, service transfers, and address updates
• Create financial adjustments such as credit notes and billing-related orders in CRM
• Identify risks, delays, and blockers and escalate proactively
• Monitor and manage risks and issues to ensure timely resolution
• Calculate and manage usage-based billing with accuracy and transparency

Requirements:

• Experience in billing, order management, finance operations, or a similar administrative role
• Skilled with CRM and billing systems
• Professional level Japanese; proficient in Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Experience working with ticketing tools or workflow management systems
• Understanding of sales processes (Lead-to-Order / Lead-to-Bill lifecycle)
• Knowledge of usage-based billing models or subscription services
