フィールドサイエンティスト/ Field Scientist

A global agriculture company is seeking a Field Scientist. The selected candidate will lead field trials, generate technical insights, and support product development and registration.

Responsibilities:

• Execute field trials end-to-end, including site selection, protocol development, and data collection
• Manage trial logistics, including sample forecasting, shipment coordination, and data uploads
• Analyse and consolidate trial data to deliver insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Prepare biological dossiers to support product registration and label expansion
• Monitor field performance, identify resistance trends, and recommend product positioning strategies
• Act as technical expert for insecticides, supporting cross-functional teams and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• MAg/MSc or above in Entomology, Pathology, Weed Science, Agricultural Sciences or related area
• More than 5 years of practical research experience
• Prior scientific and agronomic knowledge
• Knowledge of trial designs and goals
• Proficient in English and Japanese
