ロジスティクス・SSC アシスタント・エグゼクティブ/ Logistics & SSC Assistant Executive

A multinational FMCG company is looking for a Logistics & SSC Assistant Executive. The selected candidate will support supply planning, inventory management, cross-functional coordination, S&OP processes, compliance initiatives, and supply chain performance monitoring. This is a hybrid work setup.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain rolling supply plans aligned with demand forecasts and production schedules
• Ensure optimal inventory levels to achieve high service levels while minimising excess stock and write-offs
• Monitor supply risks and implement mitigation plans
• Proactively manage replenishment cycles and address potential shortages
• Collaborate with regional and global supply teams to align production and delivery schedules
• Communicate market requirements and track order fulfilment and shortages
• Support new product introductions by ensuring supply readiness
• Partner with Demand Planning, Marketing, Commercial, and Logistics teams to ensure alignment
• Provide supply updates, risk assessments, and recovery plans during S&OP cycles
• Support execution of promotions, launches, and product phase-outs
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and corporate policies
• Track key KPIs including OTIF, inventory days of cover, forecast accuracy, and write-offs

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in supply planning, inventory management, or demand planning (FMCG)
• Experience working in multinational environments
• Knowledge of S&OP processes
• Strong analytical and MS Excel skills
• Native level Japanese; business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Curious and willing to challenge existing processes
