アセットマネージャー/ Asset Manager

A multinational financial services company is seeking an Asset Manager. The selected candidate will oversee asset performance, drive value enhancement strategies, and support investment decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement annual budgets and property strategic plans
• Partner with property managers, consultants, and external specialists to execute asset strategies
• Coordinate appraisals, reporting, and communication with lenders and investors
• Support investment decisions on acquisitions, financing, and dispositions
• Manage refinancing, lender negotiations, and compliance with debt covenants
• Drive ESG initiatives and collaborate on sustainability data collection

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in real estate
• Experience in driving and implementing related processes
• Skilled in managing various asset types in Japan (residential, retail, office, logistics, and hotel properties)
• Understanding of the Japanese market, major real estate sectors, investment structures, and regulatory requirements
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Professional level Japanese; business level English
