取引管理トレーニー/ Transaction Management Trainee

A multinational financial services company is looking for a Transaction Management Trainee. The chosen candidate will be in charge of supporting the cross-border asset-based financing business. This is a direct contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare industry and market reports as well as product pitching materials
• Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the transaction management function
• Initiate and participate in early structuring discussions, including trade capture, control, reporting, and support subsequent approval process as necessary
• Co-operate with relevant internal units in the branch and in HQ to ensure efficient processing of transactions and information flows
• Support transaction-related due diligence and risk analysis
• Work towards enhancing processes already established in the team and support ad hoc projects
• Act as part of the first line of defence in all Compliance related issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (banking, finance, economics, business administration, law, or relevant domain is a plus)
• Recent graduates with not more than 1 year of professional work experience
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proficient in written and verbal Japanese and English (German is advantageous)
