A global financial company is looking to hire an Asset Management Analyst. The selected candidate will be responsible for taking part in real estate management activities to support company growth.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial analysis and financial modelling
- Perform market research
- Supervise third-party consultants and business partners
- Ensure collaborations between teams during projects
- Write documents for company use
- Manage projects
Requirements:
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical and people skills
- Excellent writing skills
- Fluent level Japanese and English is ideal
