シニアアソシエイト(信託業務) / Senior Associate

A global financial services company is searching for a Senior Associate. The successful candidate will work on task allocation and overseeing the flow of daily operations to support the business.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expertise on related subjects
• Conduct audits for all deliverables to ensure accuracy and timeliness of deliverables
• Handle complex issues and escalate to responsible personnel as needed
• Maintain and update procedures for all tasks
• Liaise with the manager to drive corporate compliance, risk policies and SOP within the team
• Develop strong relationships with internal clients
• Support the manager in improvement of the daily operating model
• Lead staff training and succession planning

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 3+ years of financial services, fund accounting or back-office operation experience
• Strong leadership and analytical skills
• Expertise in MS Office applications
• Strong written and spoken English and Japanese proficiency
