顧客サービス代表/ Lead Client Services Representative

A foreign private investment banking firm is looking for a Lead Client Services Representative. The selected applicant will serve as the point person for key client contacts and ensure overall client satisfaction. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Field and respond to client inquiries and escalated issues
• Work effectively with internal teams to prioritise client requests, deliverables and issue resolution
• Oversee activities of assigned client relationships and accounts to ensure client satisfaction
• Utilise relevant internal technology solutions to manage client inquiries and support client servicing deliverables
• Identify ways to improve productivity and efficiency
• Introduce clients to new technology, automation tools, and products
• Coordinate and participate in client meetings
• Participate in intra and inter-departmental projects and initiatives
• Ensure adherence to all established procedures, controls, and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 3 to 5 years of financial industry experience (client servicing-focused environment is preferred)
• Skilled in MS Office
• Understanding of financial instruments
• Familiarity with fund services, Japanese client nuances, and business structures
• Knowledge of fund accounting is preferred
• Proficient in written and verbal Japanese and English
