クライアント・レポーティング責任者/ Head of Client Reporting

A foreign enterprise that offers investment management services is looking for a Head of Client Reporting. The ideal candidate for this role will be managing and producing quality and timely reporting for clients and partners.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and gather feedback on individual and team performance
• Provide coaching and mentorship to team members when necessary
• Manage client and regulatory report creation and review procedures
• Handle resolution of issues and ensure efficient escalation when needed
• Contribute to the improvement of various business processes
• Head or participate in reporting related projects with local or global teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 10+ years of reporting experience
• Proven experience in team management
• Excellent coaching and management skill
• Possess a valid certification in CFA, CMA, or similar qualification is ideal
• Fluent level written and spoken English
