セールススペシャリスト/ Sales Specialist

A global financial data solutions company is looking for a Sales Specialist, OEMS Solutions. The selected candidate will drive growth of order and execution management solutions, acquire new clients, and expand business opportunities across buyside and sellside institutions.

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales pipeline and maintain accurate forecasting in Salesforce and internal tools
• Structure, negotiate, and close deals with support from account managers and internal teams
• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy tailored to the Japanese market
• Deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
• Share market insights and thought leadership with customers
• Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to product and business management teams

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of relevant industry or sales experience
• Proven sales experience in trading solutions with buyside hedge funds, asset managers, and/or sellside brokerages
• Deep understanding of the trade lifecycle and electronic order flows
• Broad knowledge of trading styles and asset classes, including equities, bonds, futures, options, FX, and digital assets
• Strong consultative selling skills and ability to build long-term client relationships
• Fluent level English and Japanese
