リレーションシップマネージャー/ Relationship Manager

An international financial services company is seeking a Relationship Manager. The selected candidate will ensure client satisfaction, expand product usage, and identify opportunities for revenue growth across multiple financial service offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure relationship excellence and act as a strategic client advocate to maintain high satisfaction
• Expand knowledge of investor services, internal sales, and operational processes
• Research and present market data, best practices, and trends to clients and prospects
• Grow revenue with assigned clients through cross-selling and collaboration with internal teams
• Identify new business opportunities and integrated solutions to address client challenges
• Develop detailed relationship and sales plans aligned with client strategies
• Track and report client intelligence and progress against objectives
• Promote company products and services across the industry to strengthen market positioning

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 5–7 years of experience in global custody or related financial industry
• Proven experience in client relationship management and business development
• Strong knowledge of global custody products and cross-product solutions
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Possess a valid MBA qualification
