A multinational financial services company is seeking a Senior Client Service Representative. The selected candidate will oversee day-to-day servicing for trust banks and asset managers, ensuring client satisfaction through effective relationship management and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Respond proactively to client inquiries and manage issue escalation
• Coordinate with internal teams to prioritise client requests and deliverables
• Review internal reports and escalate identified issues as needed
• Utilise internal systems to manage and track client inquiries
• Introduce clients to new tools, automation solutions, and product offerings
• Participate in client meetings to maintain and strengthen relationships
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, controls, and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 1–3 years of experience in the financial industry, ideally in client servicing
• Proven skills in client servicing or relationship management
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Ability to adapt to new technologies
• Strong verbal and written Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in a client servicing-focused environment
• Knowledge of fund services
