A leading international financial institution is seeking an Associate/Associate Director. The selected candidate will develop and execute strategies to expand business opportunities and optimise client portfolios.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and expand business opportunities
• Retain and grow existing client relationships through consistent, high-quality service
• Strengthen client relationships by optimising revenue mix and deepening engagement
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with key financial institutions and senior executives
• Originate, structure, and execute deals in collaboration with product and enablement teams
• Conduct financial and credit analysis to assess risks and ensure compliance with regulations

Requirements:

• Experience in the financial industry (banking or securities firms is ideal)
• Prior experience in evaluating financial statements and credit risk
• Proven experience working in global banks or financial institutions
• Knowledge of financial markets, banking products (loans, clearing), and corporate finance businesses
• Skilled in global account management
• Business level spoken and written Japanese and English
