APACビジネスマネージャー/ APAC Business Manager

An international financial services company is looking for an APAC Business Manager. The selected candidate will oversee non-financial risk frameworks, resilience, and governance while supporting regional management on strategic and regulatory initiatives. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Foster a culture of risk awareness, communication, and continuous improvement
• Identify, recommend, and implement enhancements to existing risk practices
• Oversee tracking and reporting of control weaknesses, business continuity, third-party risk, and outsourcing activities
• Collaborate with 2nd and 3rd line functions to optimise risk management activities
• Liaise with Group Audit, coordinate audits, and monitor action items
• Coordinate and facilitate regional non-financial risk management activities, including issue tracking and business continuity planning
• Support Managing Directors in maintaining organisational risk posture and internal governance deliverables

Requirements:

• Practical experience in business management, first line of defence risk, or business continuity management
• Experience in financial market services clearing
• Strong understanding of the 3 lines of defence risk model
• Proficient in planning, organisation, and understanding of non-financial risk regulatory requirements
• Skilled in stakeholder management and consensus building
• Proficient in written and verbal English and Japanese
