FIG RMアナリスト/ FIG RM Analyst

A global financial institution is seeking a FIG RM Analyst. The chosen candidate will develop business with clients in the portfolio, manage substantial credit limits and operational fund flows, and address associated risks.

Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day relationship management and operational requirements of clients
• Approve or recommend for approval new facility proposals and reviews
• Monitor and control exposure to risk within the client portfolio and associated systemic risks
• Provide direction and guidance to team members and work closely with executives in the region and globally
• Develop and implement innovative financial and service solutions through coordination between business units and subsidiaries
• Provide high-quality management information to keep senior management briefed on issues and market trends
• Advise management on opportunities within the client portfolio
• Develop and coordinate relationships within the segment to maximise revenues, increase market penetration, and expand share of wallet
• Support senior bankers in covering larger and more complex client relationships

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of related banking experience
• Knowledge of the industry and exposure to the Japan or Asian FIG market and regulatory environment
• Proven record of proactively developing and originating client solutions
• Track record of building & developing long-term relationships with clients
• Good understanding of risk management and risk mitigation
• Strong network of contacts across all business areas
• Business level Japanese
