日本CCOリスク・コントロールリード/ Japan CCO Risk and Controls Lead

A global financial services company is looking for a Japan CCO Risk and Control Lead. The selected candidate will partner with stakeholders to implement and deliver an effective control environment while managing key risks.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with stakeholders to support the implementation of a robust control environment
• Define, create, and implement key documents such as policies and risk appetite statements
• Ensure the operational risk management framework is embedded and management information is available
• Conduct controls testing and recommend enhancements as needed
• Oversee annual internal and external audits for the Group CIO
• Participate in risk management forums and committees as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in information technology, compliance, risk and control, or a related field
• More than 5 years of experience in risk and control within investment banking, auditing and consulting firm, or a related setting
• Experience as a trusted advisor to senior management on NFR framework matters
• Prior experience managing stakeholders across the 3LOD
• Understanding of NFR frameworks and regulatory compliance requirements
• Fluent level Japanese and English
