プロダクトマネージャー/ Product Manager

An international fintech company is seeking a Product Manager, Sustainable Product, APAC. The selected candidate will drive product innovation, manage product lifecycles, and support sustainability-focused client engagement across the region.

Responsibilities:

• Drive product innovation, execution, and lifecycle management across index, data, and analytics
• Lead discussions with clients to support product development aligned with sustainability objectives
• Collaborate with product managers, internal teams, and clients throughout the development process
• Develop product documentation and training materials to support commercialisation
• Contribute to the product roadmap and prioritise tasks based on strategic goals
• Stay informed on sustainability industry developments, regulatory updates, and competitor activities
• Promote sustainability capabilities and products through marketing initiatives, including webinars, events, and social media

Requirements:

• Experience in sustainable investment markets and understanding of how Sustainability/ESG influences investment processes
• Proven experience in product management with ownership across the full product lifecycle
• Proficient in influencing and collaborating across functions in a global matrix organisation
• Knowledge of emerging sustainability trends
• Proficient in Japanese and English
