IRスペシャリスト/ IR Specialist

A well-known B2B eCommerce organisation is looking for an IR Specialist (Domestic and International Investor Relations). The selected candidate will manage investor communications, develop bilingual IR materials, and support data-driven IR activities.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with domestic and international investors, including foreign shareholders
• Create earnings presentation materials in Japanese and English
• Conduct financial and market analyses to support IR activities

Requirements:

• Experience and knowledge in creating IR materials and conducting IR meetings
• Knowledge of financial statements
• Understanding of stock markets and the role of IR
• Professional level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience improving processes or rules while coordinating with multiple stakeholders
