Head of Corporate Planning

A well-known financial services company is looking for a Head of Corporate Planning. The selected candidate will lead business strategy, manage executive and board meetings, and provide data-driven insights to support corporate growth and project management

Responsibilities:

• Formulate medium- to long-term business strategies to achieve company vision and goals
• Analyse external market trends and internal company data to provide recommendations for management
• Manage executive meetings, board of directors, and shareholder meetings, acting as a liaison between management and departments
• Coordinate ongoing projects across departments to ensure smooth operations
• Provide insights and solutions for company growth beyond numerical management
• Prepare reports, presentation materials, and meeting minutes to support decision-making
• Support organisational optimisation through collaboration with various teams

Requirements:

• Knowledge of corporate legal affairs
• Basic accounting knowledge
• High communication and coordination skills
• Business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience working closely with management at a venture company
