ファイナンス・ストラテジーマネージャー/ Finance & Strategy Manager

A renowned fintech company is looking for a Finance & Strategy Manager. The selected candidate will drive financial planning, business forecasting, and strategic analysis in collaboration with product, business, and finance leaders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead top-line revenue forecasting for the Japan market using KPI, churn, and seasonality models
• Serve as the primary Finance Business Partner (FBP) for local teams, collaborating across all departments
• Lead strategic decisions on partner negotiations, pricing design, customer behaviour analysis, and other data-driven analysis
• Create analyses to facilitate clear decision-making and predict short-term and long-term trends
• Own monthly performance reporting, identifying key drivers and any risks or opportunities
• Partner with the International Accounting team to ensure accuracy in financial statement reporting
• Collaborate with other teams to report on the financial impact of decisions across the company
• Prepare analysis and support communication to product leaders, board members, and executive staff

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Business, Economics, or a relevant field
• More than 5 years of relevant industry experience
• Practical experience with SQL and data visualisation tools (Looker)
• Proficient in financial modelling and MS Excel
• Prior experience with the payments industry is desired
• Experience with data visualisation tools (Looker) and reporting tools (Hyperion) is ideal
• Fluent level Japanese and English
