A large real estate and investment organisation is searching for a Director or Vice President. The candidate who enters this role will be responsible for capital raising and related activities to support the company’s business.
Responsibilities:
- Support capital raising and marketing activities for public real estate securities
- Support capital raising activities for private real estate funds
- Evaluate and translate materials for presentation, to support the research team, etc.
- Manage and improve existing client relationships
- Conduct analysis of the Japanese investor market
- Maintain a good understanding
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience
- Experience in capital raising
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Native level Japanese; fluent level English
