クライアントサービスアソシエイト/ Client Service Associate

An international securities firm is looking for a Client Service Associate. The selected candidate will handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and support trading and funding-related requests while collaborating with global teams. This is a direct contract-to-perm role.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to client inquiries via phone, chat, and email
• Escalate issues internally through the in-house system
• Assist clients in resolving a wide range of service matters
• Document client interactions and file complaints or claims promptly
• Meet defined SLA targets
• Contribute ideas to improve communication effectiveness based on client feedback
• Streamline processes to enhance efficiency and client experience
• Review and update internal procedures
• Understand client needs and apply tiered service levels to all queries
• Participate in global training programmes and product updates
• Use trading platforms and client tools proficiently
• Manage CRM queues and maintain ownership of escalated issues
• Work in accordance with compliance rules, regulations, and risk management standards

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably within financial services
• Experience in customer service and familiarity with capital markets products
• Possess a valid JSDA licence
• Professional level Japanese; proficient in written and verbal English
