シニアアソシエイト/ Senior Associate

A multinational financial services company is looking for a Senior Associate. The selected candidate will support institutional client service, assist with fund marketing, and coordinate across teams to deliver high-quality client engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Support institutional client service through product marketing and investment/operational due diligence
• Provide sales support, including investor communication, opportunity tracking, and LP market mapping
• Create and distribute marketing materials and respond to due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) and RFPs
• Collaborate with Product Specialists and subject matter experts to stay updated on product developments
• Communicate fund products and strategies, including investment-level details
• Update marketing collateral, ensuring approvals from key stakeholders
• Support planning, management, and execution of conferences and events
• Maintain CRM systems for investor information, opportunities, and tasks
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, product specialists, and management teams on strategy and fund marketing
• Liaise with internal teams such as accounting, operations, IT, compliance, ESG, and tax
• Engage with the New York headquarters for updates on business, product marketing materials, and processes

Requirements:

• 5-9 years of professional experience in financial services, preferably asset management, private markets, or investment banking
• Experience creating commercial, high-impact content that resonates with institutional clients
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across the firm, including senior management
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Fluent level Japanese and English
