A global international banking and financial services company is looking for an Associate. The selected candidate will support relationship managers by delivering credit expertise, client advisory, and analytical support to drive revenue growth, risk management, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Support relationship managers in achieving revenue, risk, and client satisfaction targets
• Advise on corporate lending products including credit analysis, rating creation, and loan applications
• Manage client communications and process daily corporate banking transactions related to loans and treasury services
• Coordinate with internal teams, specialists, back office, and international stakeholders to ensure seamless execution
• Analyse client business models and provide insights on business model transformation and growth opportunities
• Prepare credit documentation, protocols, and reports while ensuring accurate system documentation and compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 1 year of experience in corporate clients sales
• Proficient in written and spoken Japanese and English
