インベスターリレーションマネージャー/ Investor Relations Manager

An international fintech company is looking for an Investor Relations (IR) Manager. The selected candidate will manage IR operations, support investor communications, and assist in establishing the company’s IR framework and systems following its recent IPO.

Responsibilities:

• Support creation of financial results presentation materials
• Plan, organise, and execute financial results briefings and investor/analyst meetings
• Serve as primary contact for investor and analyst inquiries
• Support creation and finalisation of timely disclosure documents for the Tokyo Stock Exchange
• Manage communications and administrative processes with the Tokyo Stock Exchange
• Support preparation of statutory disclosure documents, including Annual Securities Reports
• Manage and operate the company’s IR website
• Support the administration and operation of the General Shareholders’ Meeting
• Handle stock administration tasks such as Shareholder Registry management and Employee Stock Ownership Plan management

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of hands-on experience in Investor Relations or a related field
• Strong empathy and alignment with the company’s vision and values
• Native level Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Prior IR experience within the Web/IT/Tech industry
• Experience in small or rapidly growing organisations, such as startups or venture companies
• Business level English
