FXリレーションシップマネージャー/ FX Relationship Manager

A multinational financial services company is looking for an FX Relationship Manager. The selected candidate will manage and expand FX client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction while supporting business development and trade execution.

Responsibilities:

• Obtain price quotes from FX Traders and execute trade orders on behalf of clients
• Build credibility and foster trust with clients, FX team, and stakeholders
• Communicate market changes, product developments, and new opportunities to clients
• Track client activity, prepare reports, and monitor performance trends of client accounts
• Collaborate with internal FX management and Investor Services to coordinate relationship management
• Retain and grow the profitability of client relationships, ensuring currency trading and service needs are met
• Engage in business development to expand existing FX client relationships and identify new opportunities
• Provide tactical guidance and support to global FX sales staff and Investor Services teams
• Partner with internal departments to ensure consistently high client satisfaction
• Serve as an escalation point for client service issues and assist in client presentations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in finance or related discipline
• More than 5 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in the financial services industry
• Strong relationship management, client service, interpersonal, negotiating, and influencing skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Native level Japanese; business level written and verbal English

Preferred requirements:

• Knowledge of international currency markets, including the impact of economic and political factors
• Understanding of foreign exchange trading instruments
