A global financial services company is looking for an Associate Relationship Manager (ARM). The selected candidate will support Relationship Managers in servicing clients, managing portfolios, and driving business growth. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Support Relationship Managers in servicing clients, deepening relationships, and driving revenue growth
• Collaborate with Credit Analysts and internal stakeholders to obtain clearances, resolve queries, and complete documentation
• Ensure smooth client onboarding and timely completion of due diligence and credit requirements
• Assist in client meeting preparation, research, and account planning to maximise business opportunities
• Monitor client performance, ensure compliance with internal policies, and mitigate financial risks
• Provide transactional support, manage portfolio engagement, and support deal execution from origination to post-deal activities

Requirements:

• Proven experience supporting client relationship management in financial services
• Skilled in client due diligence, credit documentation, and financial analysis
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks
• Professional level Japanese and English
