クライアント向けレポート/ Client Reporting

An international asset management firm is seeking a Client Reporting professional. The selected candidate will prepare and manage client reports while ensuring accuracy and effective communication with international counterparts. This is a hybrid setup and long-term haken role.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reports for pension funds, financial institutions, and mutual funds in line with internal processes
• Communicate in English via email with overseas colleagues regarding client reporting
• Utilise in-house systems for report preparation and data management
• Ensure reporting accuracy and adherence to deadlines
• Collaborate with internal teams to support continuous process improvement

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing data with high accuracy
• Prior reporting experience in an asset management firm preferred
• Proficient in in-house or financial reporting systems
• Professional level Japanese; business level English
