A global investment management company is seeking an Associate Director, Corporate Communications. The selected candidate will develop corporate messaging, engage media, and support business priorities to enhance the company's reputation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead communications for the Office of the President, Japan, with internal and external focus
• Develop internal communication strategies to engage employees and support business goals
• Drive thought leadership and research campaigns, leveraging insights from Japan and global teams
• Build and maintain media relations, particularly with international and English-language media
• Plan and execute PR campaigns, media events, and institutional business media engagement
• Contribute to regional and global communication projects and initiatives

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in PR, communications, or media within financial services
• Strong employee communications and leadership messaging experience
• Expertise in social media and internal communication platforms
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder communications across cultures and geographies
• Interest in markets and the economy; asset management or finance experience is a plus
• Native level Japanese; bilingual level English
