A renowned crypto-asset and financial technology company is looking for a Compliance Officer. The selected candidate will oversee compliance and operational functions while supporting AML, risk management, and internal control activities across the organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Handle compliance operations for crypto-asset exchange services
• Manage AML, CFT, fraud prevention, and KYC activities
• Support risk management, customer support, and general administration as required
• Apply knowledge of financial products, crypto services, and relevant regulations in daily operations
• Operate and utilise internal compliance, AML, and risk management systems
• Report to executive leadership and support performance and control objectives
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and global professional ethics standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Proven experience in crypto-asset exchange operations or compliance-related functions
• Proficient in standard office systems and business software
• Skilled in using compliance, AML, and risk management systems
• Native level Japanese; business level written and verbal English
