A global financial services company is looking for a Client Implementation and Services professional. The selected candidate will lead client solution implementations and ensure smooth coordination across internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead client solution implementations and manage project milestones
• Guide and support teams in handling client inquiries and resolving exceptional cases
• Ensure policy compliance and oversee regulatory audits and inspections
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop procedures and maintain regulatory standards
• Facilitate platform installations, training, migrations, and system integrations with ERP/TMS
• Gather client feedback and support service improvements through direct engagement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 3-5 years of experience in cash management or a similar setting in a financial institution
• Experience in team management and leadership
• Prior experience in electronic banking is preferred
• Understanding of accounting principles is advantageous
• Knowledge of cash management products and services
• Familiarity with ERP/TMS systems is ideal
• Proficient in written and verbal Japanese and English
