コンプライアンススペシャリスト/ Compliance Specialist

A global financial services company is looking for a Compliance Specialist. The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring compliance activities, verifying merchant information, and ensuring adherence to local and international regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and address compliance-related alerts
• Verify merchant information and conduct due diligence reviews
• Ensure daily operation deliverables are met within established SLAs
• Interact with customers to ensure compliance with applicable laws and policies
• Provide coaching and training on account reviews for junior team members
• Provide final sign-off and subject matter expertise on account-level reviews
• Conduct regular reviews of operations processes to enhance efficiency
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Support, Risk, and other teams
• Work closely with program managers to maintain and update compliance programs
• Communicate with customers and corporate partners regarding compliance monitoring

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 2 years in a compliance or compliance operations role
• Practical experience in compliance work or financial services within the payment or Fintech space
• Experience in compliance or risk work with financial institutions or payment companies preferred
• Proficient in transaction analysis across various financial products and services
• Passion for the industry and technology, with a strong interest in compliance and regulatory work
• Proficient in written and verbal Japanese and English
