Chief Compliance Officer

A renowned financial services company is seeking a Chief Compliance Officer to lead its compliance function. The selected candidate will drive the development, implementation, and oversight of compliance policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures
• Conduct compliance reviews and risk assessments
• Monitor and evaluate compliance with internal policies and external regulations
• Provide compliance advice and support to various business units
• Investigate and resolve compliance issues and discrepancies
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry developments
• Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure consistent practices
• Assist in conducting compliance training and education programs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or related field
• More than 3 years of experience in compliance within the financial services industry
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance best practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Japanese and English
