コンプライアンス・アナリスト/ Compliance Analyst

An international private investment banking firm is looking for a Compliance Analyst to join their team in Tokyo. In this role, the successful individual will be accountable for supporting the company with compliance-related activities.

Responsibilities:

• Handle maintenance and documentation of compliance policy
• Provide expert and sound compliance advice to the organisation
• Identify and resolve regulatory issues in line with the established guidelines
• Conduct compliance training and prepare training materials with HR
• Support the execution of the compliance monitoring program
• Assess compliance violation trends and drive improvement of processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of work experience
• Background in financial services
• Familiarity with the marketplace
• Knowledgeable with applicable laws and regulations such as AML or KYC laws
• Native level Japanese; fluent level English
