コンプライアンスシニアマネージャー/ Compliance Senior Manager

A global financial service provider is looking for a Compliance Senior Manager. The ideal applicant for this role will be responsible for handling the compliance management processes within the organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement compliance policies in accordance with the Installment Sales Act
• Ensure daily correspondence with different government functions
• Provide regulatory compliance mentorship and training
• Oversee regulatory obligation practices within the organisation
• Monitor the compliance of the local regulatory obligations register
• Conduct risk assessment procedures across different business functions
• Create a strong regulatory change framework to address new regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in finance, banking, business, IT, or a similar major
• 10+ years of regulatory experience in a financial institution is ideal
• Extensive experience in managing engagements with internal and external key stakeholders
• Strong business partnering skills
• Fluent level English
