ジュニア・コンプライアンス・スペシャリスト/ Junior Compliance Specialist

A global provider of finance and banking services is looking for a Junior Compliance Specialist. This role will be tasked to support the compliance activities with applicable banking and security laws. This is a direct contract to perm position.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct compliance risk assessment with the local and international compliance teams
• Aid in the execution of compliance global strategies and policies
• Prepare relevant training sessions regarding compliance procedures
• Cooperate regularly with authorities on compliance issues
• Conduct regular compliance risk analysis of business activities
• Oversee compliance of external party’s work (Actimize SAM, Actimize WLF)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in banking, general management, or law
• Awareness of international banking products
• Knowledgeable in local laws and regulations
• Skilled in MS Office Suite
• Knowledgeable in international laws and regulations is a plus
• Previous experience in compliance or a relevant field is beneficial
• Proficient in written and oral Japanese and English (Skilled in German is a plus)
