A global financial services company is looking for an AMD Operations. The chosen candidate will support end-to-end reporting operations by preparing accurate, timely reports for institutional clients and mutual funds. This is a temp role.

Responsibilities:

• Support front-to-back operations across service, delivery, and processing functions in the trade, client, and product lifecycle
• Contribute to global operational initiatives by partnering with cross-functional teams to define solutions and drive process improvements
• Handle all aspects of portfolio reporting for Japanese institutional clients and mutual funds
• Create and deliver client reports in accordance with specifications, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Download data from internal and external systems and perform initial processing for report creation
• Create Institutional and Fund reports and complete related report-making tasks
• Coordinate with internal teams for reporting requirements and issue resolution
• Prepare materials and documentation for report distribution
• Manage system settings relevant to reporting workflows
• Perform administrative tasks related to reporting operations

Requirements:

• Prior experience in the financial industry
• Basic level MS Office
• Good communication skills
• Professional level Japanese; basic level English

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience in client reporting in asset manager
• Experience using TSTAR and SYNTAX
• Fluent level English
