セトルメントスペシャリスト/ Settlement Specialist

A multinational securities firm is looking for a Settlement Specialist. The selected candidate will support equity settlement operations by resolving exceptions and coordinating with vendors, internal teams, and clients to ensure accurate and timely trade settlement.

Responsibilities:

• Support settlement exceptions, including fails, mismatches, and unmatched trades
• Operate daily settlement processes for Japan equity products
• Coordinate closely with third-party clearing vendors on settlement issues
• Communicate with internal middle office teams and client back offices

Requirements:

• More than 2 years of experience in a settlement team handling Japanese equities
• Proven experience resolving exceptions in a high-volume, time-critical environment
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and settlement systems such as CDS, Broadridge Gloss, and I-STAR
• Fluent level Japanese; business-level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in domestic and offshore Japan equity settlement operations
