オペレーションスペシャリスト/ Operations Specialist

A multinational financial services company is looking for an Operations Specialist. The selected candidate will be responsible for executing operations and managing client registry functions, ensuring efficient processing and reporting. This is a long-term haken role.

Responsibilities:

• Execute operations and client registry functions for trust and investment management assets
• Handle clients' account deposits and withdrawals
• Process securities corporate actions and manage withholding tax on dividends and coupons
• Prepare and send periodic client reports
• Prepare annual transaction reports for tax filing purposes
• Prepare periodic reports for regulatory bodies
• Administer client trust accounts, including account openings, reviews, maintenance, and closures
• Maintain trust accounting for each trust account

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in operations at financial institutions such as banks, asset management, securities companies, or trust companies
• Experience in trust companies or trust banks is ideal
• Proficient in accounting knowledge (bookkeeping entry) is a plus
• Native level Japanese; business level English
