A global payment service provider is searching to fill an Operation Manager position. The qualified candidate will process client orders promptly and manage the order-to-cash cycle accurately.
Responsibilities:
- Support client onboarding for smooth service initiation from contract to order placement.
- Sustain inventory levels for stock items with varying lead times
- Update merchant information in the order management system
- Oversee outsourced call-centre operations and provide L2 support for escalated cases
- Enhance FAQ resources and user guides to reduce unnecessary user inquiries
- Lead various customer-centric projects encompassing NPS, system roadmap, etc.
- Establish and oversee KPIs for customer experience and operational efficiencies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- More than 10 years of related experience
- Practical experience in managing several projects simultaneously on complex topics
- Prior payment and card industry experience is ideal
- Understanding of legal and regulation of payment is a plus
- Fluent level English
